Well I have almost the exact mods, including turbo, you do and at 16 psi I'm at 250hp and 255 ft/lbs at the wheels. the abbott ecu does a lousy job of boost control so I also use a mbc. If you don't have a boost gauge and haven't wound up the waste gate actuator to set the boost desired I'll bet you're just running too low a boost. Last I heard SQR was in final development of software for the td-04 kit, they should be done by now. If I was in the mood to spend more on my car that's what I would buy.
Also on dyno runs you can't be soft pedaling the throttle or any of that stuff, you have to just nail it until the pull is over. Three runs in sucession - heat soak will kill you.
