Stock map sensor allowed my car to boost to around 22psi. Adding resistance to map sensor allowed for 23-24psi. Adding the 3 bar map sensor will allow the car to boost up to 30psi. Boost on the stock boost gauge is beyond the red and now into the black.

What I can tell you is that you need a aquamist system. We are running about the same amount of boost but my engine is running cooler. My temp arrow is below the middle in the temp gauge. I know that this gauge is very subjective but I'm sure that you would notice a huge gain if you added this.
