I've thought about the springs being too soft but then again I have a much lighter car than most of you guys. The Integra Type R springs are 250 lb/inch/inch front and 250 lb/inch/inch rear. Also, a stock Type R has a stiffy ride that almost makes you question if it would be a good daily driver. People have said because the Type R comes with firm aggressive shocks. About the HD shocks, I've read somewhere something to the effect - "used for large sedans, trucks, and occasional off road usage, improves handling while improving comfort as well." On the same site, it referred to the Sports - "agressively valved shocks for absolute mastery of the road surface..." I think it may be the shocks fault mainly, although I can go with stiffer springs. People have also said if I were to keep these springs and go with Koni Sport Yellows on maximum stiffness, it would really be a bone jarring ride - so I think shocks do make some difference in the feel too. Though I'd like to keep these springs for a few reasons - for such a mild drop it has respectable spring rates, i'm on limited budget, and because of limited budget, I'd like to focus my money on the shocks which probably play a more crucial role in the suspension. So do you guys think that changing from HD to Sports would change things much? I would be going from 132 rebound/124 compression to 228 rebound/115 compression.

Also about the BMW 330 that I have seen - I realize their stock suspensions are good but I was just wondering what aspect of the suspension is responsible for making those tight "hops" over even the smallest of bumps. I guess I'm into looks as well as performance lol. I don't think the redeeming quality of BMWs is the handling per se but rather their ability to keep the ride very comfy in relation to how it handles since the two are in inverse relationships and they are pretty good at striking a nice balance.

Also, anyone have any input about my polyurethane bushings questions?

Thanks for your input guys. And sorry for such a long post.
