Are you talking about the actual sensor output, or the current the heater draws? The heater current is temperature-sensitive, going from about 2 amps when quite cold to maybe 200mA at normal operating temperature.
If you're talking about the output current of the sensor, the answer is "almost none". Typical input circuit in an ECU is a 1-megohm resistor tied to an internal 0.5-volt source. The internal resistance of the sensor drops as it heats up. So when it's cold, the ECU just sees 0.5 volts because that's what the sensor is pulled to. As the sensor reaches normal temperature, the voltage will go lower or higher as the mixture goes lean or rich. But I wouldn't expect more than maybe 75 microamps of current from the sensor. In fact if you load it more heavily, the sensor can be damaged.
