I am almost ready to replace the turbocharger on the 79 900 I am rebuilding. I am going to do a few mods to the car: K&N filter, Sport exhaust, taking off the cat., adding an intercooler, and maybe when I get the money a cam off a carbuerated 99. Stock the car has 135 BHP I am hoping to get around 200HP in the end. Will the stock turbocharger support the boost in HP? If not is there another turbo from a different year that I can use. On a side note, if are there any other mods that I will need to do to any other part of the car to support the increased power please share them. Thanks for the advice.
