I hope some one can assist me?
Recently Installed a stage 3 Nordic kit a few months ago on my 00 9-5 Aero wagon, and since it's installation I sometimes get full boost and other times I only get boost a third of the way into yellow (per boost gauge). I have asked the local dealer to inspect, Mike Shaw Saab, and they indicated that they were not able to help because they couldn't get the car to recreate the problem. They implied like other cars in their shop, that if the car gets too hot, turbo boost is retarded. They also mentioned 9-5's needed better intercoolers. I intend to get a larger intercooler, yet I do not think this is the cause. I have had this happen when the car is warmed up but not hot. I also live in Denver. Occurs at all altitudes from Denver on up to the slopes.
I have tried to call Wigwam and have been unsuccessful in getting a response, local dealer can’t recreate the problem and are kind of using the excuse from doing deeper investigation due to the ECU… So I'm asking for the knowledge of the readers on this post.
Thanks for any suggestions may provide.
