reported to be made by Radius, who owns Moda. According to posts on the 9-3 bb, the Moda R1 (or Radius R1) rims are same as Viggen rims except for the finish. Saab's Viggen rims came with a specific finish not available elsewhere. It's a fantastic looking bright satin finish, but some Viggen owners report that it fades over time.
Anyway, K-9 makes a good suggestion. If you want the Viggen rim look, check out TireRack to see if you can get the R1 rims with the proper C900 mounting pattern and offset.
