if you are talking about ride I preferred the Aero springs. The Abbott suspension (I have a full package of springs, bushes and Konis) gives a much greater feeling of security when driving hard, both on tight curves and on sweeping bends. Handling is extremely well balanced on smooth roads (though I sometimes consider going back to rubber anti-roll bar bushes at the front). Boulevard ride, however, it ain't.
Mind you, a lot will depend on the tyres. I have 16" 3-spoke Aeros with Pirelli P6000 @ 205/55. Not hugely wide in modern terms, and the stiffer suspension (particularly anti-roll bars) will tend to make the outside tyres work hard. I drive quite gingerly in the wet, and next time round plan to change to Bridgestone S-03s. But if I had "rubber-band" low-profile tyres on 17" wheels I really think my fillings would rattle.
