**Custom plenum with individual throttle bodies** I've seen this on race cars including Saabs! Very trick. I think the BMW M3's have this as well.
1 -- You start with the mounting flange from whatever car you are using.
2 -- Weld/Fab runners between the flange and the individual TB setup.
3 -- Build a plenum around the "horns" of the TB's and hook up to your IC oulet!
What makes this possible for DIY is the ready-made off the shelf throttle body setups as in the link below. You can use the original fuel injector locations or use the injector bosses on the TB's, or both sets. The Saab racer that I talked to (Frank at SweedSpeed) said this setup alone was worth 35-40hp on a turbo motor, and provided lightning-quick throttle response. Yee haw!!
