I did this Dave with the larger injectors and 22BTDC. I still had major hesitation(too much fuel) on partial load (1-2 psi).

I recently had problems getting anything more than .75 (first bar green on A/F gauge), no matter what my timing was or fuel pressure for that matter. I had a $100CDN O2 sensor (that WASN'T Bosch) and it seemed to be the culprit and last less than 50Kkm for optimum performance. My fuel econ was down and it just didn't run consistent. I put my old Saab job in and yipee back to .85V-.9V at WOT and max boost, and better fuel economy. And the voltage cycling was at warp speed during cruising instead of the previous slow swing.

I think I may have fouled the sensor when I blew the head gasket a few months back, as that's when things went funky at WOT. Dunno

Note to self: look for a place that has a generic 3 wire bosch sensor next time, not any old aftermarket piece.
