if you want to save some money and want a simple solution, then go w/used spg springs, which are inexpensive and readily available. they are easily identified by the silver or gold/copper paint mark on them. contact a used saab parts outfit for a set.
note that spg springs were different from standard turbo cars beginning '89 (or was it '88??); earlier spg models' springs were same as standard c900t cars.
also, while a set of adjustable springs has its merits, you can't simply dial in one setting one day and then another the next; you will change the alignment each time you raise/lower the springs and it is not something you can easily change.
imho, for someone on a budget who's looking for more athletic handling from their n/a car, adjustables are overkill, both technically and economically.
