& after reading again Im sure of it
say left to right on the BPC (apc comtroll sol) we will call the nipples 1 2&3
you have one looped to 3? you have the hose that goes to the turbo inlet tube going into the boost controller? & the boost signal hose #2 still hooked to the apc SOL?
dont these things just go in line with either the the boost signal hose #2 or the one between the apc sol & the actuator? #3
Ive not used one of these I just run higher base boost but Im sure by your description that it isent hooked up rite
tha way you have it hooked up there is no boost signal to the WG actuator so its staying shut thus the high boost
un plug your battery for like 10 minutes & hit the brake a couple of times that should clear tha MIL (malfunction indicator lamp)
& contact the seller of the device you are using & get instructions
there has been no damage to your car so dont wory about it
