Hi Michael, my favorite is the deep slotted Brembo rotors. As long as you have a Brembo rotor even if it's not cross drilled or slotted you'll get rid of your warping problem. The early 9000 front rotors are the same as your '88 900 rotors, it's just the front calipers you use on an '88 to '93 900. You can either re-mount a stock front brake line bracket or go to a custom length front ss brake line to fit the 9000 calipers to your 900. Remember that the Brembo rotors don't like harsh pads as they are a softer but much better grade of cast material than other brands. I use KVR's carbon fiber pads that are easier on the Swedish rotors but they do require more pedal effort than other brands until they warm up a little. We have ss brake lines that are shrink fitted in a protective covering (clear, blue, red or black) at a better price and Paragon Performance has good quality standard ss brake lines at an even lower price. Ours are covered to keep any road debris out that can over time work it's way into the center core of the ss line. Hope this helps, Dave
