I have not done any research as too what I would suggest. The first thing required is to determine the amount of air needed for 350hp. The determine what boost you would have to run to get that much air through the engine for a given volumetric efficnic(?). If you are going to limit your self to 6000rpm the sizing will have to be perfect. To acheive your goal you may change thr turbo a couple of times to get that perfect match.
The answer is that it can be done but not with out a lot of parts and trial and error.
