I believe that the Sonic spark plugs would not work with DI/Trionic cars but
believe they do work well with spark sensor equipped cars from my experiences with three vehicles. On each of the cars on which I use the Sonic spark plugs (Saab 900T, Vanagon, and an Infinity G20) I experienced a much crisper off idle throttle response and generally somewhat more torque.
On the Saab, I believe it contributes to a better boost spool up. If any such problems exist, they exist at higher than stock boost levels but I am not convinced of this yet. For a brief time in third or fourth gear I can hit about 1/2 into the red for the overboost period. When I get around to increasing fueling slightlly, I expect to extend the higher boost for a longer interval before the APC pulls it back.
I have in mind trying either #24 injectors or a 2.8 bar fuel pressure regulator to slightly increase fueling. Which do you recommend or should I try something else? I don't plan to go much further so as to reduce the likelyhood of harming my transmission or reducing fuel mileage very much. I know Aquamist would also help but I probablly won't do this.
