I personally don't think the BPV is the most bang for your buck. At $135.00 or more, you won't notice much of a change. I think people want to believe it does more. I have one in my car, the Forge Stubby BPV, I put it in to stop all the honking anf tooting the stock Bosch BPV was making after I installed a MBC. The MBC significantly increased boost which made the stock diaphragm BPV faulty. The Forge valve and the Hyperboost valves are better in the long run as they are servicable and will last the life of the car. But "bang for your buck" to me means you are looking at increasing boost or HP right? I would say try the SMBC setup. Get youself a MBC Dawes or some other ball spring style MBC and set it up between the lowpressure side of the turbo and the BPC. Block the bleed port and adjust moderately. It won't get youu anymore peak boost but many peopl on these BB's have been very impressed with the results. Unfortunately with your car being a '00 you can't set up the MBC in the traditional style as the T-7 EMS will not respond well to it.
