I really don't think all that is necessary.
blow off valve for a turbo that won't c pressure over 10psi? You should be fine w/ the stock valve. As for the J&S, the ezk system is completely compromisable on knock detection and per/cylinder timing delays. If you want something worth money, look into a programmable ignition system.
The larger IC pipes are not going to make an incredible difference either. The best advice for the lpt conversion is to run turbo or crower cams, the delayed closing of the intake valve will decrease the compression. This will allow you to run boost more safely or just more boost . With a programmable ign, you should be able to repick up the low end and progressively adj for boosting. And if you haven't figured it out, run 90+ octane. H20 inj would be good too;) (cams, prog ign, and h2o inj)
what year? might switch to the turbo fi ecu.
Keep it simple, drive it hard...and fix what breaks.
Current setup(~2yrs):
c900
2.1L 10:1 w/ 2.1cyl/mani Lh2.4.2
Mitsu turbo
turbo cams
3bar fpr
24lb/hr injectors
92-93 octane
reprogrammed 91-92 DI/APC
FI controlled h2o injection
10-12psi of boost on good gas
