what is '85V-'9V? A stock o2 sensor reads from 0-1 volt and has extremely non-linear output at air/fuel ratios much different from stoich (14.7:1, air:fuel). Stoich for most switching (aka narrow-band) sensors is 0.5 volts.
If you really want to measure air/fuel accurately, you need a wide-band o2 sensor and associated controller. Those output 0-5 volts and you can get a linear output from the controller to run your gauge. It is still going to jump around some. Figure $250-$500 US for sensor, controller, and some type of display.
If you want EGT, you need to mount a probe in your exhaust. The reason the cost of EGT gauge kits is a little higher at first glance is that they usually include the sensor. Have your muffler shop weld in the bung and you should be set.
