You really need to figure out what you will use the guages for.
I am currently using a Bosch standard narrow band o2 sensor to tune my Haltech, it gives the reading in millivolts and allows me to datalog all engine parameters along with A/F ratio (in mV), and although standard O2 sensors are not very usefull in finding exact ratios they can tell you rich or lean and to and extent how rich and how lean. Using a stock sensor I have my car running very well under low boost <10psi conditions. I will however do some dyno runs to get the maps fine tuned and for WOT runs.
Anyway if you want to monitor A/F ratios get a guage with a numerical display, I find "730mV" to be a lot more usefull then "two bars on the rich side" when it comes to determining A/F. So I would go with a guage that has a simple numerical readout, then there are no distracting lights and you will have a more accurate idea of your A/F ratio, and I would stay away from the EGT I dont think you would get much use out of it given the expense.
