Such numbers are weather and fuel dependant. And launch performance is very much a function of technique and tires. And the number that you get is very dependant on how much one abuses the clutch. Clutch adverse 0-60 numbers certainly are not indicative of what you will achieve in daily driving.
0-60 numbers are not very useful.
What you are looking for is improvements in torque. And torque comes with boost and lower charge air temperatures. You can get more boost with with software. You need to lower flow restrictions to get more power after that. The T7 ECU limits the air mass flow, not the boost pressures. But lowering the restrictions allows a given air mass flow to denerate more crankshaft torque.
A SMBC will make the turbo more responsive.
If you are realy obsessed with 0-60 times, get a large displacement V8.
