To get an idea of how hard a car really accelerates you need 4 things:
0-60
0-100
1/4 mile time
1/4 mile speed
This is because your 0-60 can be in the 6 second range simply because you have no traction off the line which is often the case for a FWD vehicle. But if your 0-100 is in the 14 second range even though your 0-60 is in the 6s, this will tell you that the car is very fast once the tires hook up. A prime example of 0-60 not being accurate at all is when people get a base WRX to do 0-60 in 5.4 seconds. It weighs more than a Viggen and has less hp and torque. The ONLY reason it can do this is because it is 4WD, but any time besides off the line launches the Viggen destroys it.
I suggest looking at the 1/4mile and 0-100mph differences compared to stock because that will tell you how hard the car is really accelerating at higher speeds. Remember, your 0-60 might even be slower with an ECU if your tires aren't up to the task.
