and fully engaged? Ala its not there when you are sitting still with clutch disengaged, nor is it there once the clutch is fully engaged, but only happens just before your foot is off the pedal? If so, this is a typical early throw-out bearing noise. The bearing makes noise as the load is released, but not when fully loaded or very lightly loaded.
