The turbocharger bearing housings do not typically require enough oil volume for concern as the internally fed oil gallery is allowing for oil to enter the thrust assembly as well as two 2.5mm ports above each shaft bearing. We did a oil pressure tests years ago and found only a 4-6% oil pressure increase when the turbocharger is fully restricted at the oil inlet which would tell you of the bearing housing's oil requirements.
