Sounds like boost is back to normal. Stock boost typically does not go into the red zone.
You can get more boost by adding a MBC but that bypassess your new BPC. On LPT, some cars were not equipped with a BPC and the turbo hose was connected directly to the WG. But sounds like you car is not that case.
So to get more boost you either spend a bunch of $ and go Modifed ECU or use a MBC to bypass the BPC and manually control your boost. Which ever you're more comfortable with.
