No one is telling you that the stock system cant be adapted, LH works, you can burn eproms, no shit but again it is far eaiser to plug in my laptop and make all the changes I want to, you really have no arguement against that.

And in reguards to programming the unit myself, you dont even have the slightest clue what experience me or my buddy have, rather then pay some one an hourly rate to tune my car, I do it myself, I have datalogging and a W/B o2 sensor, how it works, ya see is you have a target air/fuel ratio that you are trying to attain and you adjust the maps, ya see to achive this target a/f ratio, ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE and in reality it is very simple, people are so afraid of trying this stuff because they dont understand how it works, you keep repeating yourself about how all you need is spark correct fuel and ignition timing.... well you seem to know it all so why not tune the car yourself? maybe if you tried it, you would like it, maybe its not the right system for you because you can pay someone to do it.

I said an aftermarket ecu is by far the best investment you can make as it allows anyone who is inclined to do so the ability to control every aspect of engine control with ease, which in turn provides more power and excelent driveability, my car spent the entire winter in a very cold climate and started every time, I dont have A/C, or power steering just a motor, two seats and a steeringwheel.

I stripped my car to a shell and I am slowly building it into exactly what I want it to be, from the engine to paint and bodywork on the entire car, the only thing I did not do is machine work, I turned every bolt, im the only one responsible for my mistakes and thats the only way I would ever have it.

peace
