Rats - I fear something is amiss - 93 AERO

Salutations:
I picked up a 93 aero recently and decided to baseline it this weekend before getting down to work and got some very odd results.
Basically - it pulled 144.9/144.3hp and 166.7/166.2fp torque across two runs with a steady 12-14 fuel/air number that drifted down to about 11 at redline. Basically - nice clean run which didn't seem to be showing any weird problems - other than it is about 75 (!) ponies light.
The car seems to run normally - all the visible controllers seem correct for the aero (although I think I better do some digging) - the engine was recently 'regasketed' and had new cams put in according to the previous owner. It sports a working TCS switch (which I now have some questions about) and it misses a little bit at idle (though it goes away completely at anything over 1,000rpm)..
Anyway - where to begin I guess is the question.. It has the correct title and Vin for an aero, but there are some odd bits that are in conflict with the published details.
