Thanks again and I am sorry for the stupid questions but when you say hose to intake manifold do you mean the plumbing that runs under the manifold. On my 1987 900T there are no water hoses to the manifold but just two to the throddle body. Also I live in Toronto, Canada where it can get bitter cold in Winter but also at times unbearable hot in Summer. -******** Do you think it would work if I just put a shut-off vale on one of the hoses or does the coolant have to circulate.
