the knock sensor is only used by the APC to linit boost & the pressure switch only shuts down the fuel pump so it is neither of them
I think the NA ECU should have fired up the car if the ECU was good from the NA car the wiring diagrams on the fuel systems are the same infact there iare 2 diferent circuit boards used in 2.2 LH in the saabs both of which interchange but the latter ECU sometimes will make the check engine light flash but they will run I had an 88 900T ECU in my 85 SPG for about a year before I switched to the volvo stuff a few years back
2.4 LH ECU will run a 2.42 car & visa versa but they run terrible :-)
