Make sure all the regular maintenance items are handled first
I spent a yr getting my aero auto into top form and am actually quite satisfied with the amount of power it makes 100% stock. Good off the line and incredible once it starts rolling ... nothing short of a pure sports car can touch me once I'm on the highway...
Make sure your air and fuel filters are OK, put in new NGK resistor plugs, make sure your bpc is working properly an run the highest octane available in your area and you should be getting pretty decent stock performance.
The stock ecu limits torque in 1st and 2nd gear as the auto tranny is not designed for the full power that the motor can deliver ( many still mod their autos though) (to bypass pull fuse 9 before startup)
- First mod that most recommend is a 3 inch downpipe for quicker spool up ~$300
- next would be an upgraded ecu ~ $600
- At this point your biggest issue will be wheelspin in first gear
Search the 9000 board as many have upgraded their 9000's (most are just trying to get to the performace level of an aero though, so you are already in a good spot)
There is also a plug and play boost increasing product (use at own risk) http://www.t5boost4.com for around $250 report back if you go this route as many are curious about its effectiveness/safety
