pretty much everything needs to be hooked up just unhook the injector leads,AMM,TPS,CTS,o2.AIC & mabey cut the check engine light driver wire out as it will probably want to stay on
but the tach signal power & grounds & pretty much everything else needs to be there
you could just start removing stuff & turning the key on to see if the pump fires off & when you get it all isolated just cut out the un needed parts
honestly Id pull the stock ECU if I were going stand alone it should have idle controll of some sort & just use a CIS FP relay which has its own lil processor & takes in a tach signal & kills the pump when tack signal is lost Ive done this on some of the erly 2.4 LH cars where they loose driver signal to the FP relay using the injector signal as the tach signal to the FP relay works great :-)
