The hose connecting to the oil neck is opened up so much, the oil/gasses are not routed through the oil trap and oil is going to gunk up the throttle body. All of the problems you hear of oil consumption after this mod are due to the fact that oil is being sucked out (instead of simply allowing pressurized gasses to escape). Oil getting sucked out and dumped into your throttle body will kill your throttle body as well as rob your fuel of octane. If you are in a tuned Saab driving the way most people who tune cars drive, low octane fuel can lead to knock and possible engine damage. You are also throwing away money spent on premium octane fuel. In some instanced the suction is so strong it can actually suck air past the gasket in the oil cap.
