Water injection question... longish...

1988 Saab TC with Mitsubishi turbo (not Garret), Redbox (factory, not upgraded), 3" downpipe running into stock catalytic and exhaust back, upgraded distributer by Georges Imports, stock injectors and FPR, and exhaust manifold with the internal flange ground out of it.
I just picked up a 2 stage water injection kit off Ebay. It was only 235 bucks so if I screwed up I am not too disappointed. It kicks in at 4 psi, and again at higher PSI that I can dial in.
The stupid question is WHERE do I mount the 2 mist ports for optimum performance? Also, do I use alcohol, water, a mixture?
What should I dial in the second mister at? 10PSI boost, 12, 8?
What kind of horsepower might I expect?
What should I do next? Change the FPR? Change the injectors?
I am not looking for more than 230 HP TOPS. If I am at 200 - 210 HP, I will be happy. I am also not looking for super high end speed, just great acceleration to get on the highway and put some BMW's to shame.
P.S. Next I will be upgrading the brakes. Seems like I might want to stop occassionally too.
