There are about 2 1/4 turns total, right? So what I did was gently seat the valve on MAX, and back it off 1 complete turn, both front and back. So I am about at 1 1/4 turn toward FIRM. I had put the fronts on first, and then fooled around with the rebound setting. I noticed that if you set it at FIRM and put your weight on the bumper it took forever for the front end of the car to come back up when released. At MIN, it returned right away. At 1 turn from max they rebound almost right away. I was really sressing about how to set the rears because it is such a pain to reset them. So I tried the same test on the shocks while out of the car. It was about the same, 1 turn from max is about where the rebound began to be slowed down. So thats where they are. Setting the fronts at 1/2 turn from max really keeps the front end from jumping up under hard throttle, but its pretty jarring.
