Solid valve tappet design

I decided to make my own tappets as tuners charge too much. There is lot's of talk about need to modify tappet bores for oiling when using smooth solid tappets. I decided to cut a groove around the tappet (just like OEM hydraulical ones) which will hopefully lubricate the tappet. Valve play will be adjusted by small "hats" between valve stem and tappet.
Calculated weight will be 44 gram each.
