Hey Goran, that looks super.

Design: I would copy the stock groove width, depth, bottom-shape (flat or "U"), and location. The overall shape and outer dim's are obviously the same as stock. The internal 'bump' and the big internal radius look good.

Material: I would try to find out what the stock lifters are made from, and use that. There may be a hard-chrome plating on them, I can't remember. That would be another expense to consider, as well as another layer to add to dimensions.

If you have to choose a material from scratch, do some research and/or find a materials expert for consultation. Your specifications are high wear resistance, fine finish, and a certain hardness. I would consider it absolutely necessary to get a stock lifter tested to find out the hardness.

Finally, working with hard steel alloys & close tolerances is pretty difficult machine work. Make friends at a good shop and you'll be fine! Here in the US I've found shops that work for $60/hour on the low end and $100/hour on the high end. Cost depends on a million factors: charges fo r tooling, shop overhead, heat-treating, material purchasing, labor, what machine(s) they have to use, if they are busy or not, how many parts you commit to buying, how tight your tolerances are, how many operations your part takes (yours is at least 2 ops), etc. etc.
