I tried to use my limited knowledge of German and an on-line dictionary to read some of the stuff on BSR's site, and I am a bit worried about one particular thing. Please correct me if I'm wrong- I read in the section they have about recommended fuel octane, that if you use too low octane, then the ECU will decrease boost as part of the protection mechanism performance will suffer etc.
BUT, it also says that in certain cases, prolonged anti-knock protection may even erase(!?) the new management program.. Something to that effect at least.
Check it out and tell me if I'm wrong (which I hope I am)
Don't laugh if it says something totally different!
