Alright, I think I'm liking the TSW wheels. Nice stuff. Now I've got to do some research on the tires. I see many places offer the wheels/tires as a package but I've not bought any kind of performance tires in a loooooooong time (been leasing cars for the last 12 years or so). Any suggestions?
I live in NJ (near NYC) and drive the car daily. I don't mind a slighly more stiff ride but I don't want to shake my fillings out. I know I'll have to go with a lower profile tire with the new wheels (not a problem). I want the tires to be fun, however. I also know I'll be giving up miles on the tires for a performance tire. I'm comfortable with that since I'll be switching back to snow tires/original wheels during the winter months (basically Nov-late May).
I think I've already decided on the Nokians for snow tires. Just have to find a dealer in my area or order them online. I'd rather get them locally as they still need to be mounted/balanced.
Thanks again for the suggestions. You guys were dead on with the wheels. Exactly the look I'm looking for.
