Ordered my SQR Stage 4 from Jak and his follow-through was amazing. (I feel guilty I haven't had a chance to try it out yet because I'm in the middle of a hydraulic clutch upgrade!) One of the reasons I went with SQR is that the company is run by Frank Stromqvist, who comes to the US a couple of times a year for in-person tuning sessions. If you're in the Northeast, you might want to consider getting your 3" inch DP first, then having Frank do your ECU in-person in the spring. He's coming to AutoMotion Saab and Volvo in Billerica, Mass. And I think Jak's flying up for it too....
Also: Nick at GenuineSaab is REALLY helpful and is doing some great stuff. His bushings rock, and you'll eventually want to get one of his aftermarket braces. His customer support is incredible; I needed a specific couple of parts and he was able to get them out the door and on the UPS truck in less than an hour. I called him at 5 p.m. on a Friday and it was at my door 10 a.m. Saturday. If not for that, my dad would have wasted an entire trip up from Florida to help me....
