the 2.1 runs realy well at 6lbs boost many Ive heard say they run better than stock 900Ts
the higher compression is what you arent taking into acount this allows more HP with less boost because combustion chamber pressure is raised both thru CR & BOOST :-)
not to mention taking advantage of the 2.1s inherant ability to breathe
shoot Id stick a big ass turbo on there Ill bet a medium size turbo like a T3/60.63 would spool up like a stock turbo in a B202T but pull for days get you some 4 inch stove pipe exhaust on there & some injectors the size of te empire state building :-) Oh jeese I think I soiled myself :-)
no but seriously :-) sweds have been tuning high compression engines for some time with great sucsess
I think what happens here is someone puts a turbo on a neglected ol S without going over it carefuly to make sure its up to the task (hoses Tstat tune up parts oil coolant your mom) & the car falls apart & they blame the turbo
I should do a LPT just to see how much HP could be gotten from one Ill bet an aweful lot 300HP or better Im sure
my 2 cents
