400 Wheel, or crank hp? Dean's right about the driveability with that much power. You will need a limited slip differential. You didn't mention the software, but have you had it on the dyno? There is one company in particular that has been less than stellar at delivering the advertised hp when it comes to ECU's. I think an authentic 300 wheel hp would be perfect. I'm very close to that but without an lsd, so that would be plenty for me.
To get to 400 crank hp with T-5 is very simple actually. Like Gary said, big IC like the KJ, Larger injectors and FPR,(like the Volvo green giants), big turbo with a large exhaust housing ( 19T-7cm,T4,BBGT30,etc,) Custom S/W(SWEDISH!), Sachs 600nm PP, (w/Stock disc!)and ideally, better brakes.
At the wheels? Cams, more fuel, stock pistons on the 234 have consistently proven to be OK, but maybe forged would be smarter, maybe the newer adjustable cam gears. Definitely remove the Balance chains at this level, and have custom IC pipes made. I can't think of anything else on top of what you already have. The real secret is in good custom S/W. I would definitely bring your car to the dyno for some base tuning before you get crazy though. You might find that 300WHP is plenty for a daily driver. :o)
