For those kinds of power levels you will probably spend way more money than you realize. We have done our share of 300 HP plus C-900's (I believe GM's dyno'd at 410 crankshaft HP) and when you add up what it costs just for the engine alone to support those kinds of numbers it's a bunch not to mention a 3" exhaust system complete with a proper downpipe for the right turbo and a big intercooler. Also as Andy said "and the ol' glass transmission", another guy with one of our engines actually broke his trans case in half! You can however put something together reasonably for a 250HP crankshaft HP goal which is what I love about these cars. Remember 250 HP in a Classic 900 Saab feels like 350 HP in a Camero!
