Like others stated, it's about impossible for us to guess the HP your car has, to many variables. There are numeorus versions of the T3/4 turbo which in itself could give a huge variation in HP. You are probably in the 190-210 whp area which seems to be where most people are with similar mods.
To get the HP up you should consider the following
FMIC
Jak's ECU upgrade
with bigger injectors!!
3 in turbo back exh
possibly water injecton
depending on the turbo you have & what other mods you plan on adding you should be able to get close to 220-250 whp however if your T3/4 is on the smaller end of the family, you might need to upgrade that
To get to 300 whp I would wait to see what Jak works out that is if you want to use the OEM LH system. He is hopeing for 280 whp I beleive so if you can be patient & see what Jak works out I am sure it would be worth the wait.
For my SPG (Like 900Aero stated) it does take a lot of stuff to get over 300 whp. My SPG dynoed at 290 whp on a dyno dynamic dyno which should be 335 ish whp on a dynojet at 14 PSI of boost.
