I did notice the accelration was much smoother. Then I adjusted the wastegate(per instructions)plus a little bit more and then I couldn't believe it. I'm sure your using the right gas and your plugs are gapped and all that, but I'm wondering if the TCS is acting up or if the programming is somehow different in the chip. My 91 did not have TCS and second gear would break loose every time. My other thought is if the computer is not allowing full boost because the fuel parameters were be hit. You may be a candidate for the fuel eprom, but I would definately talk to the guys at SD. I live at 6000 ft altitude also and that may account for higher boost pressures some. Good luck.
