put a pressure snubber on it. you are getting pulsations that are resulting in vibrations as mentioned above by BobS. You can get snubbers most places (bought mine from the McMaster Carr catalog). I tried three different sizes on my isspro boost gauge before the buzzing stopped. go too big and the buzzing is still there. too small, and your responsiveness suffers. in the middle is just right.
HOpe this helps. I don't have a guage on my 9-3 but I do have one on my diesel Pickup that pushes 35 psi of boost and I assume this will solve your problem too.
