I don't take lightly giving someone my CC number but then not being able to correspond with them on the status of my order. I left multiple voice mails and sent an email with no response. I assume I spoke to Bo last week and he said that he expected a shipment today or yesterday so I did my best to make contact to confirm that he had my product. My last email and voice mails were referencing my order id and asking that it be cancelled. It's not that I don't trust the folks at Engstrom. I'm sure if I'd been willing to wait X days, weeks, whatever to get my order it _would_ have worked out. As it is I ordered over a week ago in hopes I would have the part for a drive down to a SAAB club event in Tampa this weekend but no dice.

I've now ordered the PPC from a vendor in the UK (it was a bit cheaper even with shipping) and within 20 minutes they emailed me for my VIN and then about an hour later I got an email from BSR containing the information I need to log into their site to get updates, etc on the PPC software. All of this was occurring at around 10PM GMT in the UK. THAT'S customer service.

I suppose I should be more patient but . . . I want that software!
