If you would like details on what parts are needed and instructions on installation for a custom FMIC, let me know. You can pick up a bar/plate IC and all necessary bits on Ebay for probably $400ish. The hardest part of the installation is removing the front bumper. I can also send you pics of two different installations if you would like to see the way it would be setup. Trionic 7 should be able to calculate proper a/f ratio even with the modified hardware. It can compensate for such variations with it's adaptability. The problem that is to be faced is during a rapid load change such as a hard upshift. The intercooler upgrade is going to increase the volume of the pressurized air in the intake system and during such a load change, the reading at the MAF sensor is not always trustworthy. The truth of the matter is that there is no real way to predict how your car will react to the mods in your climate. The simplist way to look at tuning your car is to help reduce temperatures on the intake and on the exhaust side. This will provide more power more often. Software should match so if you plan out a budget and a strategy and software is in your plans, you should have it matched to your hardware plans so you only have to buy software once. SMBC has the potential to increase heat and inefficiency by keeping wastegate shut when it would normally open. Even if this is only in the early rpm range before the valve opens, it still could lead to knock in your climate. I'd avoid this mod with a modified ECU but with stock software it should not give you any problems.
