with the bushings?

You can put them all over the place, engine, steering rack, suspension.

Would suggest you consider poly for the "butterfly bushes" on the control arms for the front suspension, plus the bushes where the rear anti-roll (sway) bar mounts to the car body. Put OEM rubber ones on the front anti-sway bar and anywhere else the bushes are worn. This will reduce understeer slightly.

On the other hand, if you replace other suspension component such as springs/dampers with harder or lowered items (ie. harder or lower than Aero spec.) the poly bushes on the front bar are probably a good idea.

If the car feels a fit woolly at speed the bushes should improve things a lot but I wonder if your tyres need looking at too? I think you run 17" wheels with skinny tyres - maybe you need to experiment with pressures.

As I see it, the problem with a daily driver car is that if you really stiffen it up you may regret the loss of comfort levels at the end of a long day! I've gone both routes on different cars, and now prefer my rather quieter 1997 CSE with Aero suspension to the previous fully-Abbotised one - except when I come across a really challenging series of bens, when I want my old car back. You can argue this either way, however, and this is the Performance board...
