To be honest with you I did not have to really do any cutting to get those 17x8 wheels in place. The only place it is an issue is the lower spring buckets in the front you could not have to do this if you use a spacer of about 2-3mm. I just grinded off about this much on the spring buckets .They do scrape a little when on full lock but I am just more carefull not to do this. There is a place that sells hub centric spacers but they are $75 or so. Seems kind of steep. the back the trailing arm on the pass side will rub so I am using a small spacer but you could modify them a little for them to fit with no spacer. I will post a pic....they make the car look like it should have from saab.

Yes I agree with a lot of what chad wrote....My SPG weighs only around 2750 and that is a good 500 less than a WRX. this makes the 200-220ish front wheel HP I have go a long way. I just wish I could find the higher primary drive gears. I run out of gear around 130. But from 75 to 130 the thing screams. But I want the gears more for quiter cruise and better gas millage. Anyone know where to get these gears.... I am told UK Saab salvage yards is the best bet. I cannot beleve that Group9 or Sweedish Dynamic does not make these, it is such a necessary thing for people who cruise on the freeway at 90+ with modded saabs. yes it will slow the 1/4 time but for daily driving it is way better to be at 2700 at 85.
