You can now buy Koni springs and dampers for not much more money (over here, anyway) and the advantage would be that they come with complete front struts, so you don't need to cut yours to fit the Koni inserts. They reckon to lower by 30 to 35mm.
I can't link to the site in question - maybe if you ask a Sponsor, or Google for Koni equipped sports suspension kit, you'll find the items.
Having had Koni dampers on a 9000 CSE I have nothing but praise for them - I imagine they may source their springs elsewhere but there's a lot to be said for buying a package.
Fitting can be a problem if the bolts at the bottom of the rear dampers have corroded - they usually have! But at least you don't have to compress springs and get the hacksaw out for the front struts if you take this route.
