If I understand the question, the answer is "no, but ..." The Zeitronix kit takes the wideband output and gives you a different output to go into the ECU. So, while technically the 02 sensor is the five wire Bosch wideband, you do not have to put in a second sensor -- you replace the original with the wideband plus the controller and the thing works fine. The package seems cheaper than the innovate package, although Innovate looks to have different combinations of parts, depending on what you already have. The Zeitronix package comes with the in-dash display, the controller and wideband and you can put in other stuff -- if you're going to put another probe in the exhaust, you could put in EGT and use the same LCD display.
